Hosted by Only Earned founders Fin Kwong and Noel Kjellemar, the day features guest sessions from Max Inhouse, Pierre Khoury and one additional special guest. It is built around honest business conversations, practical insight, direct access and meaningful relationships between founders. This is not a public conference, a large networking event or a day of sitting through generic presentations. It is a smaller, carefully curated room designed for participation.

This event was created for founders whose time is already valuable. Most founders do not need another day filled with information they could find online. We are looking for founders who are actively building, making meaningful decisions and able to contribute something valuable to the room. An earlier-stage founder with strong execution, experience and ambition may be a better fit than someone with a larger company who only wants to pitch the other attendees. The room is intentionally limited so attendees can engage with the speakers and founders in a way that would be difficult at a large conference. The value will depend partly on how you participate.
